Marketplace terms summary
CustomBarAccessories.com is an independent sourcing and project-matching service. Unless a specific written agreement says otherwise, the site does not manufacture products and does not guarantee supplier availability, pricing, minimum quantities, decoration results, delivery dates or final fulfillment.
Buyer requests
Submitting a brief does not require the buyer to purchase. Quotes, proofs, payment terms, production approvals, warranties, returns and delivery commitments are governed by the selected supplier's final agreement.
Supplier opportunities
Suppliers may receive anonymized project previews. Buyer identity may be released only after any applicable opportunity terms are accepted. A supplier must not represent itself as the site operator unless authorized in writing.
Attribution
Projects may carry unique lead IDs and source information for attribution and marketplace operations.
