Minimum order quantities: what actually drives them.

There is no universal MOQ for custom bar accessories. The minimum can change based on the base product, decoration method, packaging, tooling and supplier.

Start a project →How matching works

Why two suppliers can quote different minimums.

One supplier may decorate stocked merchandise while another produces a custom component from scratch. Those are different manufacturing economics, so their minimum quantities can differ dramatically.

Product construction

Stock items, custom molds, inserts, metal components and soft goods do not share the same production setup.

Decoration method

Laser engraving, screen print, full-color print and personalized names can each carry different setup requirements.

Packaging

Bulk packing is simpler than individual gift boxes, inserts or retail-ready presentation.

Schedule

A rush request can remove otherwise suitable suppliers from consideration.

What to send with an MOQ question.

Give the supplier or sourcing service your target quantity, logo requirement, desired packaging, target budget and need-by date. That produces a more useful answer than asking only, “What is your minimum?”
